PROCESS
To align business objectives with user-centered design, I developed comprehensive UX strategies and design concepts. The process included the following key steps:

• Stakeholder & User Research: Aligned business goals with user needs through research.
• Design Systems: Developed a unified design system for consistency across products.
• Wireframing & Visual Design: Created intuitive wireframes and a modern, user-friendly interface.
• Prototyping & User Testing: Iterated designs based on user feedback to refine functionality.
• Collaboration with Developers: Worked closely with the development team to implement the design.

The redesign resulted in improved onboarding, higher customer retention, and a consistent, intuitive user experience across Zededa’s platform, with a streamlined design system enabling efficient collaboration across product teams.
