Biotech Product UX

This web application is for a private biotech company that sells thousands of assays kits for testing. The application needed to simplify the process of finding and ordering these kits. The target market varies from scientists looking for a specific part number to team leaders looking for category types of kits, making it important to find products in various ways.  We designed a dynamic search and products wizard to help give the user optional ways to find products. Also, with the assay kits, complex data is needed to process these therefore we designed a clean and simple flow to walk the user through each step.

We designed the entire user experience for this project, about 200 wireframe screens for desktop and mobile. Everything was designed in Sketch and prototyped in InVision to capture feedback.
