SUMMARY
Eurofins Discovery and Eurofins DiscoverX provide drug discovery services and assay kits to pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide. The goal of this project was to simplify the search, listing, and checkout process on both websites, improving the user experience and making it easier for customers to find and purchase complex assay kits.

PROCESS
I designed a dynamic search and product wizard to offer multiple ways for users to find products. For the complex assay kits, I created a clean, step-by-step flow to guide users through data entry. Key steps included:

• Stakeholder & User Research: Gathered insights to inform design decisions.
• Design Systems: Developed a consistent design system for desktop and mobile.
• Wireframing: Brainstormed and generated potential design solutions.
• Wireframing: Created 200+ wireframes for both platforms..
• Prototyping & User Testing: Built prototypes in InVision and tested with users to refine the design..
• User Testing: Tested prototypes with real users to gather actionable feedback.
• Iterate: Refined the design based on test results.
• Visual Design: Finalized the high-resolution design, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Implementation: Collaborated with developers to ensure seamless execution of the design.

The redesigned flow simplified the product discovery and checkout processes, enhancing the overall user experience. The dynamic search, product wizard, and streamlined data entry process improved usability, leading to a more efficient and satisfying customer journey.
