SUMMARY
Kept.pro offers outsourced finance and accounting services with QuickBooks-certified bookkeepers and corporate controllers based in the US. The goal was to create a brand and website that presented accounting services in a friendly, approachable way.

PROCESS
I worked with Kept.pro to develop a light, crisp brand identity with a playful, human touch to counterbalance the traditionally serious nature of accounting. The website was designed with bright colors and images of happy, successful people to make the brand feel relatable. To soften the delivery of financial data, we used light-hearted text bubbles
to present screenshots of financial applications. The main call-to-action combined a free accounting review with an assessment to encourage customer engagement.
The new brand and website successfully attracted and engaged new customers, creating a welcoming, human-centered experience in an otherwise serious industry. The approach improved customer interaction and helped drive conversions.
