Nixon Dealer Tool Website Design

SUMMARY
Nixon is the premium watch and accessories brand for the youth lifestyle market. We worked with their marketing department to design and build an application to send to sales people and shop owners to help them properly promote and sell their products. The web-based application was built as a fun way to read all their sales and product info while tracking the user’s progress and signing them up for prizes upon completion.

PROCESS
I managed the website design end-to-end, following these key steps:

• Research: Conducted user interviews, surveys, and analysis to understand user needs.
• Define: Developed user personas and a clear problem statement.
• Ideate: Brainstormed and generated potential design solutions.
• Prototyping: Built interactive prototypes for user testing.
• User Testing: Tested prototypes with real users to gather actionable feedback.
• Iterate: Refined the design based on test results.
• Visual Design: Finalized the high-resolution design, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
